Zel Punta Cana, Punta Cana

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although not luxurious, were comfortable, very clean, and well maintained, giving me a magical feeling. The staff went above and beyond to assist with medical attention for me and my kids, always showing kindness and professionalism. However, the dining options were limited, and the location, while beautiful with lush green gardens, was a bit far from other attractions, resulting in expensive taxi rides.

The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are nice but showing some signs of aging. Service can be hit or miss. The location is outstanding with beautiful surroundings, but dining options may not suit everyone.

The family concierge room had some really bad conditions like a broken shower, very dirty sofa and bed clothes, and scratches on the furniture. The staff, especially at the beach bar, were extremely friendly and went out of their way to provide excellent service, even overcoming obstacles. The location was stunning, sitting in the center of a beautiful, well-maintained garden complex with plenty of amenities nearby. Dining options were limited in some areas, but there were good options with lots of variety in other places.
